A much loved older holiday home which the owner is happy to share with visitors. Sunny & warm, it has lovely views and is centrally located in the heart of the Tekapo village. Outdoor seating on the deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sun, views & Tekapo’s renowned night sky. The large back garden is fully fenced making it an ideal area for children.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to a spacious living and dining area. A large log burner and heat pump keep the house warm and cosy anytime of year. There are 2 double bedrooms, and the third has a set of bunks and a single bed. There is one bathroom and the toilet is in a separate room.
14 Scott Street is located in a quiet, established area of Tekapo village, with a children’s playground in the same block. It is just a 15 minute walk down to the lakefront and village centre where you will find the local supermarket, cafes & restaurants.
