Alpine Rest has wonderful views across Lake Tekapo, Mt John and the surrounding mountains. The open plan living space is on the second level, with a well-equipped newly renovated kitchen and large doors to a sun-drenched balcony.  With plenty of soul and comfy furniture, kept cosy by a heat pump, it’s the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

The first of three bedrooms is also on the second level, with a queen bed. The upper level has a king bedroom, with stunning lake and mountain views. A third bedroom has 2 king single beds. The bathroom has a shower & basin, and there is a a separate toilet across the landing.

Alpine Rest has a double garage which includes the laundry, with a washer and clothes dryer.  Plenty of space for storage of outdoor gear, whatever the season.  There is a fantastic large flat back lawn, perfect for the family cricket match! Located just a 15 minute walk from the lakefront and village eateries & shops.

Standard nightly rates:

• from $330 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY – this may increase during peak periods. One night stay requests may be accepted depending on availability, and would incur a surcharge.
