Retro Inn 1 was amazing from the moment we opened the door. Rustic and homely and sounds only an old school wooden home can make, the fire, the view, the snow! We had everything we needed without needing to leave the house and enjoyed reading in front of the fire as well as playing a few games and heading downstairs from a friendly game of ping pong. Easy walk into the village and great views along the way. Will definitely be back again.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at! Just had everything you need, it was all thought of and provided. Felt instantly at home straight away. It’s really cosy and has character. The house does creak and move but that’s normal for one like this. We liked it. 100% would come back. Nice to have an office to get the key from and chat to if need be. Super easy and friendly. Great location can walk anywhere. Epic views. Heaps of dry wood and a great woodburner it got going real easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Great little retro alpine lodge with details in the decor. The view from the balcony / bedroom was fantastic! The accommodation itself is a short 2-3 min drive from the main village and shops.

Be ready to be thrown back into the ‘70s here. Everything from the artwork to the kitchen appliances all make you feel like you jumped back a few decades. Once you’ve adjusted to the time hop, it is quite charming, and the incredible views from the porch make it all worth it!

This place goes above and beyond in a few key ways: first, the view is nothing but stunning (no need for TV here!), secondly there are plenty of heating options for cold nights, thirdly the table tennis is an excellent inclusion and finally, the loft space offers privacy and novelty – all making for great accommodation.
